Finding Success on Upwork

Abigail is a serial side hustler, doing everything from creating custom wedding accessories, running a coffee subscription company, hosting a podcast and creating print on demand designs, but her main side hustle is a little website that you may know called Upwork. She left the nine-to-five grind after fifteen years of experience in marketing and management and joined Upwork in 2016. Since joining the platform, Abigail has earned over $50,000 dollars for her project management services and now teaches others how to succeed in finding remote work on the platform. When she’s not serving clients or scratching her entrepreneurial itch, she’s outside getting dirty. She calls home a 1966 travel trailer named Pheribee, and has been living on the road full time for two years.

Go Behind the Scenes on How I Did It

I've made over $50,000 and worked over 1500 hours with clients I've found on Upwork.com. I was interviewed on the RV Entrepreneur Podcast about my experiences on the site.

If you’re staring down a job that isn’t giving you life, or you’re desperate for flexibility, or you’re tired of spending your time commuting instead of being outside… well, now there is an introduction! There’s a course called Remote Work 101…and I happen to help teach it, so you know you’re getting the stuff I wish I had known back when I was covering my entire apartment in post-its.

If you’re nervous about taking the leap or just don’t know where to start, this course will be a game changer. (As an instructor and affiliate for this course, I do earn a commission if you enroll, but at no additional cost to you!)
